AIAWHV 2024 Design Awards & Holiday Celebration
We are thrilled to invite you to an unforgettable evening of celebration, recognition, and community at the 2024 Design Awards & Holiday Celebration! This prestigious event brings together the brightest minds and most creative talents in the world of design and innovation. In addition to honoring excellence, we will also be recognizing the outstanding contributions of local visionaries through the AIAWHV Community Design Awards.
Date: Friday, November 15, 2024
Venue: Westchester Community College – The Gateway Center for an evening of inspiration and celebration. The Gateway Center is located on the Valhalla campus of Westchester Community College. The closest campus entrance is the East Gate entrance off route 100C. You will see the building immediately ahead as you enter campus. Parking for the event is in lot 11. Cost: $55 General Admission, $35 Students (price goes up to $65/$45 after November 8)
What to expect:
4:30 PM – 5:15 PM: Exclusive Building Tour (1 AIA CEU)
Kick off the event with a behind-the-scenes tour of one of the most architecturally impressive structures in the area. Learn about the innovative design and sustainable features of The Gateway Center, and earn a continuing education unit while you explore.5:15 PM – 6:30 PM: Cocktail Reception
Enjoy an elegant cocktail reception complete with a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres, complemented by beer, wine, and soft drinks. This is a perfect opportunity to network with fellow design enthusiasts, professionals, and innovators in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Awards Ceremony
